I’ve been a patient at Schweiger Dermatology for several years, first at the Pine Street location and now at the Market Street office, because it’s closer to our home. I originally chose them because they accepted my insurance, and the process has always been straightforward and easy to navigate. My experience has been consistently excellent, largely due to Dr. Michele Farber. My visits have always been for annual skin checks, which makes it especially important to have a practice I trust and can return to year after year. Dr. Farber is a fantastic dermatologist, thorough, approachable, and highly knowledgeable. Appointments are efficient but never rushed, and I always leave feeling confident that everything has been carefully reviewed. Dermatology can be deceptive; visits may feel routine or quick, but the stakes are high, especially when it comes to skin cancer. That’s what makes the quality of care here stand out. There is a real sense of diligence and attention to detail in every visit. The support staff is welcoming and professional, and the overall experience is seamless. First appointments are relatively easy to get, scheduling is simple, and their systems and communication platform make managing appointments and billing quite easy. The offices are also modern, extremely clean, and well run. Over the years, I’ve had a few minor issues related to sun exposure, all of which were handled quickly and appropriately. I also really appreciate the product recommendations. Skincare is crowded with well-branded, expensive products that are not always effective, and Dr. Farber’s guidance has helped me choose products that actually work and protect my skin from the sun. Schweiger has also built a strong platform with multiple locations and providers, creating continuity and flexibility that is hard to find elsewhere. They also seem to offer a wide range of medical and cosmetic services. I highly recommend Dr. Farber and Schweiger Dermatology. I plan to continue coming here for years to come. Thank you!

Dr. Farber is fantastic! So nice, professional, answers all my questions, takes her time and I never feel rushed out of her office. When inquiring about cosmetic procedures, she is honest and I never feel like she is recommending something unnecessary. I have been a longtime patient for both medical and cosmetic procedures, and overall very happy! Highly recommend.

I have taken my mom to multiple dermatologists and no one has ever come close to helping her. Dr Farber listened, ran tests, and cured my mom of her rash. She is patient and kind and genuine which is extremely hard to find these days. I highly recommend her.

Dr Farber and her staff were helpful and there was little delay from my appointment to seeing Dr Farber. All my wuestiins and concerns were answered.
