Dr. Otwell is amazing! He truly cares and is very thorough. He took his time and explained everything to my husband regarding his procedures. He truly wants vour best care. He even called my husband on the weekend to give him his biopsy report and discuss tx options! That is not heard of ir this day and time! So thankful we found him and I would highly recommend Dr. Otwell to everyone.

I read all the great reviews and was happy to try and get an appointment scheduled, but my first call I was greeted with sarcasm, a condescending tone and was hung up on because I asked the lady not to speak to me with such rudeness as if I was ignorant. I called a second time because I was hung up on and got greeted with the same level of disrespect. Maybe they were having a bad morning, but don’t take it out on the caller. My 8 year old son who the appointment was for heard the call and was uncomfortable visiting this office and asked me to call a different place. I called Southside Dermatology and not only was the customer service wonderful, they were able to get a same day appointment, asked the patients name first and insurance last. We had to be careful how we handle phone calls. The new Doctor there looking to build his case load just lost a loyal customer.

My daughter has been having severe eczema issues. We got in to see Dr. Ottwell and are so pleased with the results. He is so kind and helpful! Well worth the 45+ minute drive to see him for us!

Dr Ottwell is amazing! I am going to a fancy wedding in a week and had dermatitis all around my mouth. He got me all healed up in just a couple of days. Seeing him again today to check my progress!

I had a place on my leg that had been there every since I had had a heart ablation. She told me what it is and said it would keep growing and told me to get some cortisone cream. I told her I'd hoped she would freeze it off. She ignored that. She spent a minute or two with me. I went to a PA at my drs office and she froze it off. Perhaps Beswick didn't like the insurance I have. It was a waste of time and money. I wouldn't recommend her!!!
