My name is Rachel Salisbury and I started seeing Sherri Richardson a couple weeks ago. The office is so nice and welcoming. I love Dr Richardson and the ladies at the front desk. They are so welcoming and helpful. Very great customer service. Fr Richardson is great to talk to ad helps you through anything you are currently going through. She is a great doctor. I have another appointment on Monday and look forward to it. It’s a great office, best one in Tulsa area.

I love my doctor Sheri Richardson she makes me so comfortable but every month for my visit there is always some problem I have with being mis-scheduled or them canceling my appointment and not telling me until I show up or them not telling me my insurance was canceled for 6 months causing me to rack up a $800 bill I now have to pay them instead of them telling me right away so I could get it fixed. The amount of stress is becoming to much to even go to this clinic every month for my appointments.

They are awesome. Dr. Hubbard is by far the kindest Dr. I broke my wrist 😭😭and had to have surgery. He didn't do the surgery but he is my primary care physician he is taking such good care of me after Dr. Hubbard truly has sympathy for you and what your going through. And the staff are absolutely wonderful. Love them all.❤

I was impressed at first, they were kind and seemed like they cared. I was surprised and anxiety ridden when I was told I needed two biopsies. Being a melanoma survivor, you would think they would understand the need for communication. Now, 11 days later, I can’t get a return phone call on the biopsy results. I’ve called three days in a row (4 calls total) and was told each day someone would return my call. The third day, the first gal hung up on me, and the second gal just threw me into a voicemail, with no prompting. Anyone who is a cancer survivor understands the urgency for a return phone call and prompt results. UPDATE: Day, 13, 4 PM. Received a phone call. All my friends kept telling me, if they haven’t called you, it’s probably nothing. Well, it wasn’t nothing. They now I want me to come back in for clearer margins on one of my biopsies. When I asked why none of my calls were returned, she said they only received one of my messages. Unacceptable.

Axis is quick. Very professional. And staff member’s are very respectful. I recommend Axis Hills to anyone that needs professional care. Doctor Hubbard and care team members will work with you anyway they need to and they actually listen to you about anything going on with you. I appreciate there services.
