Cut off 3 times after at least a 5-6 minute hold (no exaggeration) each time. Finally got to speak to someone the fourth call. Told the receptionist I had a skin cancer and needed it removed. Her FIRST question was “what insurance do you have?” After she was assured they would get their money due, she then told me she could schedule a consultation appointment mid-February and not even with a doctor but a PA. And not even with the doctor I called to schedule the appointment with. She never asked me that particular question. This is October 31. There is no telling how long I would wait to have this thing removed. I guess the word “cancer” doesn’t scare anyone except the person who has it. If you have acne problems, I’m sure you could get in next week. If the doctor is as cold and nonchalant (sp) as the receptionist, no thank you.

I called 6 times; left messages to get an appointment. No one ever called me back. I was about to give up, then I called one more time, but the person hung up on me. Then I called again and finally got a person. I was about to go to someone else. If you like calling and calling just to get an appointment, then this is your place.

Dr Fischer is very professional yet also very kind. I have gone to her for 2 years with numerous biopsies, always painless! My skin looks good and healed fast after treatment. I will continue seeing her!

I am so glad to have been referred to Dr. Fischer's practice! After waiting fewer than 10 minutes to be seen, I was pleased to find Dr. Fischer both kind and approachable. Total in-office time was just over 30 minutes because of the efficiency of the medical support staff. I would highly recommend this practice for your skin care needs.

Dr. Fischer is a great doctor! Very knowledgeable, kind and professional. Definitely will recommend to anyone in need of a dermatologist or Mohs surgeon.
