The office for Dr. Jessica Kaffenberger on Dublin rd. is a well staffed, well run office. The office staff team are pleasant, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Check-in is a breeze as is check out. Scheduling appts. and payments are handled very quickly and efficiently. The medical staff is exemplary, from your first greeting and intake/update of medical records, until you are ready to exit your appt. Dr. Kaffenberger is by far, one of the most caring and compassionate Physicians I have had as part of my Care Team. She is so knowledgeable in all aspects of my medical issues, and her helpful hints are very much appreciated. She can give you practical advice which helps you carry out your treatment plan more effectively. You are never made to feel rushed through an appt., all questions are answered until you are clear and understand your protocols of care. I have recommended her to friends and family. She is the reason my current Autoimmune condition is stable, through her thorough and professional care.

I was able to get an appointment in only a eeek due to a cancelation, but I was further pleasantly surprised that the would remove my skin tags that very visit, not requiring a second one. The nurse was so kind, everything was explained well beforehand, and the procedure itself was easy and almost painless. Would highly recommend this doctor and location.

Dr Kaffenberger is a phenomenal dermatologist. Always willing to talk to you, answer questions and explain everything! Highly recommend her and OSU Dermatology
