I’ve been a patient of Dr. Hicks-Graham for a couple of years now, and I can’t recommend her enough. Both the medical and cosmetic teams are wonderful: professional, welcoming, and efficient. Dr. Hicks-Graham is incredibly attentive; she truly listens to your concerns and collaborates with you to develop a treatment plan tailored to your lifestyle. ​Her in office product lines are fantastic, and I always look forward to the 'Marvelous Monday' specials. I also highly recommend signing up for the newsletter, which is packed with great tips for looking and feeling your best. Plus, the office is conveniently located right near I-70 downtown. Dr. Hicks-Graham & her entire staff are top notch. I was a patient years ago-moved south- and now one of the first things I did was make appointments for my skin checks. Doc is thorough and doesn’t rush you in & out. I’ve had melanoma so these exams are important to catch cancer early. This practice is who I trust & I highly recommend anyone needed a great dermatologist office to make an appointment here you won’t be disappointed!

I have been a patient of Dr. Shari Hicks-Graham since 2017, attending appointments every 4-6 months. Dr. Hicks-Graham is an exceptionally kind, patient, and highly intelligent physician. After several other doctors failed to identify my symptoms, she was the one who accurately diagnosed my lupus. She successfully managed my acne throughout my pregnancies and continues to provide expert dermatological care as I manage a chronic illness. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking a knowledgeable and compassionate dermatologist.

I went to Downtown Dermatology 2 weeks ago for treatment. The staff was polite, and they prescribed me an oral and a topical medication. Thankfully, upon leaving my appointment I googled the medications they prescribed me. The oral medication they prescribed me would significantly worsen the effects of an already severe medical condition I have. This condition and all the medications I take for it are all listed in my medical chart, so they either didn't take the time to read my medical history, or they have no idea what types of side effects the medications they prescribe can cause. When I called them to discuss the issue, they didn't answer. I left a voicemail and haven't received a reply after 2 weeks.
