The staff - from receptionists to doctors are both professional and personable. It is a very comfortable atmosphere with a positive vibe which made me feel relaxed during my procedure. I hate stitches - but I barely felt them being done or removed. And the nurse (Michelle) gave me lots of helpful hints for the recovery process.

DO Ferry is amazing! I would recommend to anyone and everyone. He is very patient and makes you feel very comfortable no matter the situation. He gives the feeling that he is really there to help you and not just for a paycheck. Very thankful for him.

For a first visit went good. I like the way they use their technology for prescription communication, never experienced that before. Some of the over all initial visit questions were alot, could be streamlined and let new patients know to come early due to the lenghty questionnaire. She might have mentioned over the phone, but I don't remember I would have remembered if I also received follow-up via US Mail.

Plan on waiting 45 minutes in patient room after scheduled time to see your doctor. One doc seems to cover the site. Great docs, poor staffing and scheduling. Disrespectful of patients who have to get back to work. Give us a discount for missing the appointment time, DOC!
