Chelsea and the whole staff are fantastic. Every person I interacted with today was kind, personable, and helpful. Chelsea took the time to really listen empathetically and demonstrated care and respect for my lived experience with a longtime chronic condition. I felt like I was included in every step of the decision-making process, and she provided clear and helpful explanations of the options available and things to look out for. Absolute gold standard in care.

I have great confidence in Chelsea in her ability to diagnose and then treat in an efficient and effective way. She handles cases for me and my family with great respect for us and professionalism. Appointments are still accessible and wait times minimal. I highly recommend the practice and Chelsea in particular.

I've been going to this location for 4 years and have nothing but the best to say. Their communication is top notch. I've had several prescriptions with prior authorization required and their office is happy to help and get it done quickly. I'm able to easily schedule online and get in within days. If I need questions answered or a refill, I send a message on the patient portal and it's usually answered same day. They are also great listeners and we work on my treatment plan together.

Wonderful experience, very welcoming registration staff, pleasant waiting area; but most of all Dr Sherri is so nice and put me at ease when discussing my problems. She thoroughly answered all my questions and didn't rush me. I would definitely recommend her to anyone needing Dermatology help.

My prescription went to a different pharmacy than the one Indicated. Trying to speak with someone by phone is like getting into the White House. If you leave a message you will probably not be contacted until the next day. I have canceled future appointments and hope others have better service. Dr. Dobkin was o.k. Whomever called me today sounded like she just woke. The new scheduling system is ridiculous. Not very user friendly and unclear.
