Made appointment for this morning and was told they accept my insurance. Upon arrival I was told they do not and the cost to see the doctor would be $110. I asked why they did not tell me this and she said they must have looked at an outdated card. She said they tried to reach me. I do see that they called 3:30 pm and left a voicemail, however the automated system sent me a text confirming I had a 9am appt. Also no text message saying otherwise. My issue is this because I worked at a doctor’s office several years and I’m retail more than 10 years. When it is the providers or retailers mistake they typically if they provide good customer service and communication, will offer some sort of compensation for their mistake. I do not care if it was a goody bag of samples or discount on regular rate but something to show you are willing to make things right. A simple sorry does not cover my hours of work missed nor does that cover gas. I live 31 miles from the office. To drive there and back cost $20 not to mention missed work. Please have some empathy for your patients and do the right thing. Now I know you’re going to make a bunch of excuses to cover your mistake and make it seem like my fault but wrong is wrong.

Been going to Dr. Durden for over twenty years as well as my wife. Nothing but satisfaction and professionalism. Staff friendly and always greet with a smile.

I was referred to Dr Durden by my primary care physician years ago and have been very happy She is thorough and careful She explains her findings fully and understandably occasionally like all doctors she runs a little late but this is a minor issue I plan to continue following up with her for my dermatological needs

My appointment was with Dr.Faith Durden, and she is a God sent because I had all these little skin irritations and she prescribed the medicine and it cleared up, within a day, that's the crazy part.So I whole heartedly recommend Dr.Durden.
