Dr. Sutter was my usual dermatologist, but since she retired, I saw Dr. Mistur. She was great. Very thorough, smart and very pleasant. She took care of everything I needed.

Honest North Coast Dermatology Review If you prefer a doctor to talk over you, cut you off mid question and not take a minute to understand any of your concerns, I recommend Dr. Carol Burg! She did an excellent job pushing medication like Big Pharma asks of her and made sure to not answer to questions about anything long term or natural that you can take to heal your body or skin. I admit not everyone cares to ask or think as I do about medications or natural remedies, but for a doctor to disregard anything I ask or say, was ridiculous. Do not make the same mistake I did by asking questions because you will not receive answers or the time of day. You will be met by rude "why?"s and a look of disappointment with your actions. As a lifelong eczema patient who wants to learn more about causes, remedies, preventative measures, and allergies, I was told it is my genetics, and nothing more. Let's be real, she could be right, but the tone and rudeness in which I was answered with calls for this review. I do not doubt Dr Burg's incredibly extensive career and intelligence, but that does not make up for the fact that an experienced doctor would say the things she said to me in the way she said it. I asked, "what vitamins should I take to help my skin in general?" and I was answered with "I know what you're asking, and I don't have the answers for you." Wait, an experienced doctor could not tell me to take a multivitamin? Collagen? Vitamin D? Touch grass? See some sunlight? Do not shower in boiling hot water? Nothing? Nope! Just take an allergy pill every day until the day you die! (Even when I specifically said that I refuse to accept that as the only treatment is to be on an OTC pill for the rest of my life). The cherry on top of my experience was in the middle of my appointment. Dr. Burg took a phone call and walked out. Made me feel very. important to her. If you are still reading this review, you have now listened to me more than Dr. Burg ever has before. Thank you! I am disappointed that I'm going to have to pay 100+ dollars for a 20-minute appointment that was the most unproductive time of my life. Thank you, Dr. Burg, for letting me leave your office choked up and with tears in my eyes due to my frustration. I will not be following up with you in 3 to 4 weeks like you asked. I hope it goes on record to say that this was the absolute worst dermatology experience I've ever had in my life. Okay, I'm not done yet- A friend of mine, i found out is also a patient of Dr. Burg and is also someone who has struggled with a lifelong skin condition, has also been belittled, cut off and disregarded in her appointments when she expressed her concerns for these toxic remedies. I know there is a time and place for medication, but when a patient wants an alternative or two at least ask about different things, I would hope that a doctor would have at least four seconds of bedside manner to answer kindly. But no, Dr. Burg would not even give it a thought. If anyone out here reading this review has a better recommendation for a dermatologist in the Cleveland area, REVIEW IT. BE HONEST. So many people have had bad experiences, and do not review or report them to the public. USE NAMES! There is a review on this page that mentioned a rude female doctor that TOTALLY is her but nowhere is her name mentioned. Help others out by saving them time from a curt, mean old lady doctor that will not help you in solving your problems or chronic issues.

I will only see Dr. Sutter at this office. She is the best of the best. It's no wonder that she is fully booked ~3 months out. She is that great. I would give this place 5 stars, but the other doctor I saw at this office was downright belittling and rude to me. She was not concerned at all about the potential negative impact of her sudden changes to my skin regimen and basically told me if I don't like it to go somewhere else. No, I will not go anywhere else. I'll only refuse to see her again. As I said, Dr. Sutter is the only doctor worth seeing and I will wait months to see her.

Don't go to this place if you have any respect for time management. My appointment began at 2:10 and I wasn't called back until 2:40 and I didn't even get to see the doctor until I waited around for over an hour. This place has major scheduling errors and they need to rethink their entire system to make it more efficient. They have absolutely no respect for your time whatsoever and it has totally ruined my overall experience here. My first visit the doctor apologized about the wait saying that they were extremely busy so I decided to give this doctor's office a second chance, but I regret doing so. It is the same thing as last time. Save your time and go somewhere else where you won't have to wait over an hour after your appointment was scheduled to see the doctor.

Dr Willen was fabulous. I had read a few negative reviews, and none of them are correct. She took the time needed for my aptt and answered every question. I did not feel rushed at all,during any point of my visit.. Excellent bedside manor! I would highly recommend anyone to Dr Willen.
