I have called several times and asked for a return call from scheduling and accounting for needed services. Zero follow up, no return calls and even when calling many times the front office staff says “we will transfer you”. I have gotten transferred to nurses, to accounting and schedulers with zero responses. No sure the is medical practice is well managed. May be time to transfer to another Doctor.

I started to give 4 stars because it’s was my first time meeting them. I gave them 5 stars because this dermatologist was mindful of my outcome and what was the best way to get my skin back to the best shape possible without causing lifelong damage. I went in ready to pay for whatever it took to get the Melasma off of my melanated skin, but they’re not money hungry. He sat down and talked to me. He assessed my skin and gave me the best possible treatment plan. He did not insist that he wouldn’t do what I wanted he just simply stated that there’s a safer way to do it. Time and being consistent with the treatment is the key. Down the line if necessary we will consider the next steps. I agreed. It feels good knowing that I made a good decision to seek a doctor’s advice for something so important to me and my wellbeing.

I’ve been going to Dr. Camp for years. Excellent dermatologist! Very personable. He doesn’t rush through the appointment. He listens and addresses all concerns. This is a great office and staff! You don’t need to wait months to be seen. They’re accommodating and professional!

Incredibly wonderful, compassionate office staff. So careful and concerned, detail oriented. I feel totally safe at this place, with Dr Zhang managing my health. Treating three generations of my family, I recommend her to everyone.

Dr. Zhang was very thorough she explained everything in terms that were understandable. The entire staff were helpful and professional. I was very happy with my procedure.
