There are no words to truly express my gratitude for Dr. Ringo. My daughter now 18 has been seeing Dr.Ringo since middle school. She listens to her, she’s kind, compassionate and caring. She made sure my daughter always felt comfortable in her office. Made sure my daughter was knowledgeable about the prescriptions and topical creams she was giving her. Taking time to explain how to apply and when. She even helped us to find ways to get her prescriptions at a lower price. If you haven’t tried Exclusively Skin, I’d advise you to not wait another minute. I promise, you won’t be disappointed. To much is given, much is required. She’s the best hands down. My son’s first visit went well! Dr. Ringer was very patient and communicated with my teenager in ways that connected with him, which I greatly appreciated. The parking was very accessible, and the facility was really nice and aesthetically pleasing!

This place looks like an upscale spa. Beautifully decorated, nice music playing and welcoming environment. Friendly front desk staff. These ladies are top notch. The check in process is quick and easy. Highly recommended. The Dr is the only Black dermatologist I’ve been able to find in the area. She really understands skin issues regarding people of color. She’s nice, patient and very informative.

“I’ve been seeing Dr. Ringo, and she is absolutely wonderful—professional, knowledgeable, and caring. However, I am extremely disappointed in the office’s handling of a recent situation. Without my request, I was scheduled for an in-office appointment on a week day when I was out of town. When I didn’t attend, they charged me a $50 no-show fee—even though I never made the appointment. The receptionist I spoke to was also quite rude and unprofessional. I expect better communication and customer service, especially since this was all a mistake on their part.”

I so Love Dr. Ringo and Staff my Girl every-time. I use to have breakouts. She got my skin right it’s so clear and Beautiful. She treated my dark spots too. My son has eczema and You cannot even tell He has it. I Highly Recommend you to come to her. She been doing this for a long time and you can tell She Love it. She will have you right the best in Cleveland. ❤️❤️❤️💯😎
