Radhika Sharda 3 months agoI had a wonderful experience with Dr. Nasser and his staff. I had a very painful lesion on my finger and they were able to see me that week itself. I wasn't sure if anything could be done to remedy my lesion, but Dr. Nasser listened patiently and immediately diagnosed it, then did a procedure right there to excise the lesion and cauterize the area. I hardly felt any pain during the procedure, and after a day all pain had gone. I cannot express my gratitude enough! Dr. Nasser is compassionate and very skilled, and I was blessed by his care. I must note that they were extremely efficient as well! No waiting time, I was seen promptly and treated right away. And lastly, I really appreciated the kindness of his staff. The office is a welcoming place. Highly recommend.
Bex456 12 months agoI have been going to Wake Dermatology for years with mixed feelings... but today, unfortunately, was one more tick in the con column. A few things: The office has always presented a cold energy - not unfriendly, but definitely not friendly. I got past that for a once per year check up visit. Over the years, a few times, I felt like they cut for $ and not for concern. I let that go because they're the expert and better safe than sorry. But today I had yet another 'wth' moment. A few weeks ago I had a $150 comestic appointment for one main spot. It was lightly treated but it did not fully go away. I asked for a follow up to try again and was told it would be another $150. The procedure is literally a zap of liquid nitrogen and the whole appointment takes minutes. I would have appreciated a doctor/patient courtesy for this one - especially after all these years - but apparently Dr. Kirk really needs another $150. Disappointing.
SilverFox489 a year agoI have been going to Dr. Kirk for the past 7 years or so and only have great things to say about her and her staff. I have not had a single issue with long waits or rude staff as some of the reviews have stated. Dr. Kirk always listens to my concerns or questions and responds in a caring and professional manner.
Adopt Shelter Dogs and Cats 8 years agoDr. Jessica Kirk is an amazing dermatologist! I am a very level headed person and would not write a good review if I didn't think one was deserved and certainly wouldn't write a bad on unless one was really deserved. In my opinion, reviews should be written from your personal experience with a business. I do truly understand that customer service is very important and my several experiences there have always been positive and good ones. I am also someone who treats others the way I wanted to be treated and if someone is having a bad day, I do my best to be more understanding because I don't believe any of us have perfect days and I don't believe most people who write reviews would deserve 5 stars themselves in personal life or work life. Anyway, I have never had a bad experience with Dr. Jessica Kirk. I always have questions and she always has taken the time to answer them. I had an embarrassing cyst that had to be removed and she was so gentle and really did an excellent job from the removal to the stitches. I even had my husband come along to get his skin tags taken cared of and she did an excellent job with that as well. I highly recommend her to all of my friends, family and anyone I come into that may need a dermatologist. I wish all the people I come in contact with in life were as nice as her. Her assistant was really helpful and pleasant as well.
Lisa Frangullie 3 years agoDr. Jessica Kirk is kind and very knowledgeable. The front desk staff when I went today are two funny and kind individuals who are doing all they can managing situations beyond their control. It takes a while to get New Consult dermatology appt in Raleigh, as the reviews say, but that is the cost of living in a city with a record number of new people moving in. They also have a very nice waiting room. I'm a huge fan.
