Had a great first experience with Raleigh Dermatology. Dr. Signorelli was very friendly and explained everything that needed to be done. The staff and MA were also equally friendly. Wait time was little to none (less than 10 minutes) on a weekday afternoon, and new patient paperwork was easily completed through their iPads. I look forward to continuing to use their services! Edit - I received a bill in the mail for my visit to Raleigh Dermatology and noticed a pricing discrepancy. I contacted their Customer Service and the representative was very kind and thorough. She was able to rectify the discrepancy and I was able to make payment over the phone. Very happy with the billing experience with this office thus far!

I felt comfortable during arrival, then talking to the assistant and finally with Dr. Steven Watson, he's Professional and focuss in patient's symptoms. I appreciate all efforts to get my helth improvement.

Dr. Signorelli is very efficient & takes her time during a yearly skin check. She responds to questions asked & explains answers if needed. I would recommend her as a provider.

I had a very disappointing experience with the scheduling team at this office. There seems to be a recurring issue with insurance verification that has not been addressed, despite numerous complaints in reviews. The staff handling scheduling appeared unprepared and lacked the necessary knowledge to accurately confirm insurance coverage, which caused significant wasted time and frustration. This issue may not originate from the office staff directly, but the scheduling team clearly needs additional training or replacement with personnel who are properly educated and experienced in insurance procedures. It is concerning that such a fundamental part of patient coordination continues to be mishandled. I hope the practice takes steps to resolve this persistent problem for future patients.

We had the most frustrating experience scheduling an appointment for my mom. I made the appointment for 10 AM, specifically choosing that time to give the office an opportunity to contact me if there were any issues. After driving half an hour, we were informed that they do not accept my mom's insurance. The office has been open since 8 AM. I can't understand why they didn’t call us to notify us of the insurance issue beforehand. Their online system allows users to schedule appointments, select insurance, and receive confirmations, only for us to face the rejection at the office. This poor communication and flawed system need serious attention to avoid wasting time and energy for patients and their families. Overall, it’s an unsatisfactory experience, and I hope they work to improve their processes in the future.
