I had a really good experience with Candace Marin. She is very direct, efficient, and knows exactly what she’s doing. Even though she has a lot of patients, I never felt rushed or dismissed during my appointment. She listened to my concerns, asked if I had any questions, and made sure everything was addressed before I left. I personally appreciated how straightforward and quick the appointment was while still feeling cared for. I was able to get in, be seen, have my concerns handled, and get out without wasting time. Overall, she was professional, respectful, and easy to talk to, and I would definitely recommend her to others looking for a dermatologist.

My first experience at Central Dermatology Center was fantastic! It was easy to make an appointment. Dr. Johnson was great! He was friendly, thorough, and addressed all of my concerns. Angel at the front desk was super helpful and kind! Highly recommend Central Dermatology Center and the staff!

I’ve been going to Dr. James for a few years now and she is very kind, thorough and really listens to all of your concerns. The front desk is also wonderful! Angel was extremely helpful, patient and was able to get my husband the appt he needed. Thank you CDC!

Listen!!! I am extremely happy, grateful and most importantly at peace with the decision I made coming to this office. Maria was absolutely knowledgeable, empathetic and just overall amazing. I knew that I needed help with my acne but didn’t know how to go about it and she was able to get me started on the perfect journey to better health with her procedure and after care recommendations. The staff at the front desk is also amazing and I am grateful that as a first timer I am in Good Hands!

I am beyond disappointed with my visit with PA Stephanie Knutson. I scheduled a full-body skin exam and specifically listed multiple concerns that I wanted to discuss. Instead of being given the opportunity to talk about them, I felt completely rushed and dismissed. The entire appointment lasted only a few minutes. Every time I tried to bring up a concern, I was cut off or redirected. At no point did she sit down and ask what was going on, ask follow-up questions, or allow me to explain everything that brought me in. What frustrated me most was that she was essentially in and out of the room before I even had a chance to address my concerns. She prescribed something for one issue but spoke so quickly that I didn’t even catch what the medication was. She didn’t explain how to use it, discuss the treatment plan, or ask if I had any questions. Then she simply told me to come back in three weeks and walked out of the room. I left the appointment in tears because I felt like I had completely wasted my time and money. On top of that, there were multiple issues with the office staff. My birth date was entered incorrectly when I scheduled the appointment, which prevented me from accessing the patient portal. I called to have it fixed and was told it had been corrected, but when I arrived for my appointment it was still wrong. I was also told the office was a preferred provider for my insurance, but when I checked in the amount due was double what I had expected. This was something I specifically asked about before scheduling. Overall, this was one of the most frustrating medical appointments I have ever had. I will not be returning, and I would not recommend Stephanie Knutson to anyone looking for a provider who will actually listen to their concerns.
