Dr. Lokitz is very knowledgeable and very understanding. As someone currently navigating through a recent health diagnosis, her expertise and genuine care makes a stressful situation much easier. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a dermatologist who truly puts patients first. Her medical assistant, Mila, was equally compassionate, professional, and welcoming throughout the visit.

I have been going to Dr. O’Rourke for more than a decade. She is awesome and very friendly. She is professional and caring. I drive an hour to see her and I never regret it. Her office staff and nurse are also amazing.

I saw Dr. Hash yesterday and as usual I was very pleased with her care. She is always so encouraging and very thorough in her care. I recommend her highly. Not only is she very thoughtful and caring but so is her entire staff from the front desk to the nurses to the staff who check you out. Thank you all for a very pleasant visit. The clinic is spacious, clean and well decorated. The staff was friendly and courteous. They were on time. Doctor O’Rourke was very caring. She explained everything to me in a clear manner. She gave me the time I needed without rushing. She treated my face thoroughly and carefully. The results were amazing. I was very satisfied with their service.

Called the office first thing this morning and was preparing myself for the 24-48 hour return call, which is completely fine. Rhonda called me back in 15 minutes, AND got me an appointment for today! Cheers to Rhonda! So thankful❤️. I was greeted and checked in with such kindness! Thank you to the ladies at reception! I barely sat in my chair and sweet Kaylin called my name! She introduced herself and walked me through what my needs were based on my call with Rhonda. She was lovely and had such great bedside manner! Cheers to Kaylin! Then comes Dr. Cathcart (I’m a big fan)! She’s always so gracious, patient, and always so has a plan of action! Cheers to Dr. Cathcart! I was well on my way in minutes to check out! Cheers to the ladies at check out for their willingness to ALL. get me checked out. Kudos to the above mentioned! I’m willing to go to any location of Blueridge Dermatology because the service is the same at each location! Appreciate you all!
