She was super nice, just make sure you know what the charge will be. I was given a price without insurance($75) and paid that when I arrived. Paid in full. Then, they ran my insurance and it double after the “procedure”. Ended up paying over 200 for what they said would be $75. Won’t be back, but I feel like it was a billing problem. #scammers

Dr Darling made a very inappropriate comment about a massive surgery I had to treat recurrent cancer. I would not recommend a doctor who could be so clueless & insensitive.

My appointment with Dr. Darling went very well. I arrived and was taken to a room where Nurse Sharon asked a few questions and took my vitals. Everything went smoothly and the cancer was removed. I was given directions for post-op care. The next day I received a call from the office to check on how I was doing. Thank you!

Thanks to Dr. Darling and her assistant for making me feel at ease and the conversation during the surgery proceedure. Shocked to see the amount of stitches required to close the wound considering what you had to work with! 👍

I've been a patient at Midwest Dermatology office for 45 years. I had the same Dr until he retired and then started seeing Dr. Melissa Darling she is very personal able, communicates on what she's doing and what she sees. Her nurses are very personable and friendly and kind and also communicates well. The front desk ladies are very efficient with paperwork and making sure they get all the information they need for submitting to insurance.
