Good at first! Everyone seemed really genuine and wanted to help me with my mystery illness, but my last follow up visit was awful. I was still complaining that the treatment wasn't working and I wasn't even examined. Once they also couldn't find a diagnosis they tried to give me one associated with social embarrassment which is highly contagious and very unlikely since I'm the only one suffering in my household. Won't be back due to lack of care. They accept Medicaid but NOT the members of it.

While I'm not a fan of clinics where a dozen or more people are waiting and then pushed through like cattle, I have to say, my experience with this clinic was nothing but positive. The guy at the front desk was super friendly and very patient with me checking in myself and my husband. We were taken back in less than ten minutes where the young woman who tended to us was also very kind and friendly. Our appointment was with Greg Morrison who was absolutely the best! He was patient, funny, knowledgeable and had us both taken care of in a matter of about fifteen minutes. I would definitely recommend him and the rest of the staff that we encountered.

Would recommend!! I was on a three month wait with CHI to see a dermatologist. This practice got me in the same day and treated me. They were extremely professional from intake through treatment. Don’t waste your time caught up in the corporate healthcare monster that offers little to no access to specialty medicine. This practice is what every insurance paying customer should be able to expect!

Do not recommend. I can see why the ratings are barely above 3 stars. They constantly cancel your appointments and will make zero accommodations to get you in sooner. I had an appointment I waited almost a month to get in for that was canceled on their end. Waited another 3 weeks to get in after that cancellation, got notified that following appointment was also canceled. This happens all the time not just recently (I normally would see Molly, PA). She is really nice, but I had over 3 separate cancellations by her. I understand emergencies come up, but 3 times in less than 6 months you really start to question the quality of care and it’s extremely frustrating. On top of that there office makes zero accommodations to get you in sooner and simply make you wait another month. It’s one thing to have a cancellation, but even worse when they don’t acknowledge the poor care and attempt to squeeze you in sooner instead of wait another month. They very much have the ability to do this. I ended up going to Midwest Dermatology and had a much better experience.

Went in hoping to get a retinoid for the post inflamatory hyper pigmentation on my back, as I personally struggle with scarring very easily due to my skin tone. Derm persisted on having me use a topical anti bacterial cream that I was already prescribed and reduntant in use referencing my current routine to address my back acne and spots left. Kept hashing up the dark marks to "they'll fade overtime", despite me knowing damn well thell just get baked into my skin with the summer time coming shortly. Unrelated to the purpose of the visit, had a mole on my back that they talked me into removing while me being very against it, I was swayed when they said it was just shaving it off very minutely. Ending up leaving with a moon crater left in my back and even more scars, with no real means of fading any of the dark spots. Wouldnt even sniff the idea of a retionoid despite me mentioning my adapelense use and its non effictiveness in fading any marks due to its mild nature.
