I cannot recommend Dr. Pierre-Louis highly enough. After moving to Minneapolis from Atlanta, one of my biggest concerns was finding a dermatologist with expertise in treating Black skin and understanding the unique concerns of African American patients. From my very first appointment, Dr. Pierre-Louis put those worries to rest. She truly listens to my concerns, takes the time to ask thoughtful and thorough questions, and never makes me feel rushed. I always leave feeling heard, respected, and confident in my treatment plan. Her knowledge, professionalism, and genuine care for her patients are exceptional.

Dr. Pierre-Louis is fantastic. I truly cannot say enough good things about her. She is always punctual, and the appointment reminders are such a thoughtful touch. They make it incredibly easy to stay on track and never miss a visit. She is exceptionally attentive and takes the time to genuinely listen, addressing your specific concerns and insecurities about your skin with care and absolutely no judgment. When I once wasn’t fully happy with the results of a small procedure, she handled it with complete grace and professionalism, asking me to come back in so we could achieve the results we were looking for. That level of integrity and dedication is rare in doctors. She is open, approachable, and genuinely willing to help in every way she can. She has also been incredibly supportive during my postpartum journey, helping me navigate concerns like hair loss, weight changes, and acne. Thanks to her care, I now receive compliments on my skin and am often asked what my regiment is. After struggling with acne on and off for most of my life, that has been incredibly meaningful and has truly made me comfortable in my own skin again. Lastly, on top of all of this, she is simply a wonderful human. I honestly wish we could be friends outside of her being my dermatologist. I trust her completely and would recommend her without hesitation. Don't look any further for your next derm doc-- she's it!

I cannot recommend this dermatologist enough! She completely saved my skin and made me feel confident again. She truly listens to your concerns, takes her time, and works with you to find real solutions instead of rushing you out the door. Her entire office is professional, welcoming, and caring. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. One of the sweetest and most knowledgeable providers I’ve ever had :)

Dr. Pierre-Louis and her team are very good at what they do. The office is warm and welcoming. They meet their patients where they are at and provide a great experience. I recommend them to friends and family all the time and now I am recommending them on Google.

Dr. Pierre-Louis provides THE highest quality of service that demonstrates the way she truly cares about patients and their progress. I feel seen and heard here in a way I haven't felt at any other dermatological clinic. The treatment process has gone better that expected, and the result has been a dramatic improvement in my skin. To those that mentioned wait times for their appointments, I would say visits are well worth waiting for. Dr. Pierre-Louis has always given me ample time to address issues and ensure I'm fully comfortable, even squeezing me in for a separate treatment same day as my appointment. If waiting a bit longer means that everyone can be provided the same high quality of service as I've had, then I'm happy to wait. Twin Cities Dermatology Center is a shining example that sets the standards for quality, and I can confidently say that Dr. Pierre-Louis truly cares about me and my skin getting better.
