I really enjoyed my first appointment here! I'm autistic and it can be hard for me to go to a new practice, I always get sort of nervous, but everyone here was sooooooooooo nice. They were friendly, listened to all my concerns, and I wasn't bombarded with a bunch of paperwork to speed through. The building itself is nice and clean and they have some drinks available, everything was super clear and easy to navigate. I was very happy with the level of care and I would recommend to anyone!

I have been going here for laser hair removal for about two years. The front staff are always happy to see me and put me in good spirits. I like that they have coffee for me and a nice waiting area. Mara has been such a great person to work with. They are so thorough. Very attentive to detail, such a great person to chat with, really puts me at ease and makes me feel comfortable; one of the pillars of Schweigger dermatology, plus they're just a really rad person generally.

Wonderful staff!! Everyone i spoke to from the moment I stepped in was polite and professional. I was definitely nervous going in but the atmosphere is very calming and Lisa Legvold was very knowledgeable, clear, and respectful. I appreciate this place very much and will definitely return for any future dermatology needs

Now offering a new 3% charge for credit cards at a clinic! What great service corporate. I think people forgot why we stopped using checks.

I went to the clinic to have a small cyst under my eye removed. 2 weeks after healing, I noticed the cyst was not fully gone. I went back to have the procedure corrected. I was told "the cyst came back" (???) rather than taking responsibility on not doing it right the first time. I was billed twice. I am still dealing, after one year, with insurance billing issues. I also received unsolicited calls to schedule check ups. I regret choosing this clinic and I hope my feedback save someone else from a similar experience. Update: after receiving the response below, I reached out to customer relationship and haven't heard back in 4 days. This just reconfirm how this clinic runs. Stay away.
