I have pretty sensitive skin and allergies. The expertise in helping with skin, scalp, and scar issues were helpful and worked with my insurance so costs weren’t unreasonable. My doctor had clear explanations and good results. When you call, they have a triage system so you get a live person when needed and messages are relayed to your doctor. I’ve been impressed by them in everything so far.

I saw Taylor Leigh for a skin check and it was such a pleasant experience! She made me feel very comfortable and I knew I was in good hands with her. Super smart and listened to concerns. Five star + experience. Yoo-Na who roomed me is very thorough and kind. ❤️ Mol at the front desk is also very welcoming!

What a seamless procedure!! with great help from Shannon my radiation technician and Dr. Shope. All of my questions were answered and the procedure was flawless. Just came from my 30 day checkup everything looks good. Thanks again for saving my nose from surgery

Just had my 1st appointment at Pinnacle Dermatology - Edina 6545 location with Taylor Leigh. Started out with an interview with Madison who was friendly, professional and thorough in getting to my concerns before seeing Taylor. I grew up on the beaches of Florida with plenty of sunburns so I take exams seriously and Taylor Leigh gave me the most thorough exam and treatment I’ve ever had across a pretty large sample of dermatolgists. It was unhurried, careful, communicative and inquisitive about my concerns and I came away feeling very confident that I’d found the best dermatology experience I’ve had… and I’m 70! Thanks to Madison and Taylor for a very good first appointment.

I appreciate the care provided in the office today yet the wait times were far too long. When told I would wait 30 minutes, the wait was just about 3 hours. Emergencies are understandable yet I hope the staff could be more transparent when the office is running that far behind. Possible changes in scheduling could be considered as there were many patients in the waiting area for hours as well
