I just finished my annual exam, and their service was exceptional. The weather in Minnesota was terrible that morning, and I arrived 20–30 minutes late, but they were still willing to see me. That’s true customer service. I would highly recommend the Crystal location.

I decided to seek care here because I drove my daily; best decision ever ! I revived an amazing standard of service, my issues have been resolved, AND scheduling was so easy with their online appointment selection. I also appreciate how efficient and effective the appointments are. I saw Kathleen and would highly recommend her !

Kathy Larson is the best doctor Twin Cities! The staff at pinnacle is always very friendly and helpful. They often times have samples of drugs so you can get started right away which is great because the insurance process can take half a year. I would highly recommend anyone to come here

My experience at pinnacle dermatology was great. I wish I had visited here first before going to the Big name dermatology clinics where you treated as a number the doctor took her time. Explaining things to me she explained what condition she believed I have the prescription she was giving me and didn’t just brush me off one thing I’ve learned just because they’re big name brand clinics Don’t mean that they’re the best I will continue to go to pinnacle dermatology as long as I need a dermatologist

Kathy is always the best. She is always on time and spends enough time with me that I need. She answers all my questions and has suggestions as to what we need to do to keep the skin cancer away. I will always only see her at the Crystal office.
