I waited 8 months for a dermatology appointment with Ronda Farah MD. When the day came, it unfortunately snowed took me an hour to get to the clinic, and then I waited in the lobby for 1hr30 minutes. Nobody ever came to notify or inform me why everything is so delayed, no texts telling me whats happening. I understand other things might take priority in a healthcare setting but letting a patient wait that long without as much as a courtesy notification is extremely unprofessional. I left and canceled my appointment. I had to take care of my other affairs.

The Fairview Mychart scheduling system is a disaster. I had an appointment lined up months ahead of time only to have the clinic call and cancel the morning of, and reschedule for another 3 months out. Totally unacceptable, and the wait times are crazy. Would recommend finding a different clinic if you don't want to wait forever or have your appointments canceled at the last minute.

It's a 7 month wait to see anyone at this clinic and it's ridiculous.

I had an appointment scheduled with Dr. Hordinsky and arrived at my appointment at the time specified waited for ten minutes past my time to be called back into the room only to be told the Dr Hordinsky was over 1 hour behind schedule. This has also happened to my wife multiple times with Hordinsky. The service team could have easily called patients ahead of this to Inform the hem of this delay. We all have jobs and things to do but it appears that the only one who has time of value is Dr. Hordinsky. I recommend a Dr that will respect your time as well

$714 to freeze a skin tag… usually $100-200 at most… this place deserves to go out of business. Other dermatology clinics are up front and tell you what something costs. I have been to others and this is the most ridiculously priced dermatology I have have seen Don’t go here, just search dermatology on google and go anywhere else. Would give zero stars if that were allowed.
