I literally recommend this place to anyone who will listen. Every single visit has been outstanding, every staff member is PHENOMENAL. Quick shout out to the BEST PA Sarah who takes the time to educate me and make sure I’m comfortable and has absolutely turned my skin around in 6 months, as well as to Grace and Kirsty at the front desk who are always warm and welcoming, and to every single medical assistant, as each one of them has been so comforting, fantastic, and on the ball!!!! I normally don’t see Dr. Doktor but the times she’s come in to consult she is equally as compassionate, knowledgeable, and willing to educate and comfort you! If I had it in me to gate keep, I would LOL I am a legit fan!!!

Dr. Murphy is the best! She’s very compassionate, smart, and really listens to my skin concerns. She never gives up and it’s reassuring when she’s confident we still have things in our tool belt to help improve my condition. I don’t usually post reviews but cannot recommend Dr. Murphy more!

I am writing on behalf of my brother regarding his experience over the past two years at your dermatology office. He has been receiving laser treatments for an ongoing facial concern; however, there has been no noticeable improvement. Throughout this process, it has often felt as though he has been given the runaround rather than a clear, effective, and results-driven treatment plan. This situation has been especially difficult for him, as his appearance is directly tied to his work as a model. Given the seriousness of his concerns, we are disappointed that his condition did not seem to be treated with the level of care, urgency, and attention it deserved. Additionally, there were instances where he was advised to delay scheduling follow-up appointments and was ultimately recommended to seek care from another dermatologist due to a lack of progress and the laser treatment reaching its limit. This raises concerns about the overall direction, consistency, and management of his care. It is especially disheartening that he ultimately sought care from another dermatologist in the Boston area, where he is now receiving appropriate treatment and has already begun to see significantly more improvement in a much shorter period of time. This contrast raises serious concerns about the effectiveness of the treatment he received over the past two years. Given the time, financial investment, and trust that were placed in your practice, this outcome is both frustrating and disappointing. At this point, he has moved forward with a new provider and will not be continuing care with your office. We will not be pursuing further review or follow-up, but felt it was important to formally communicate this experience.

From the moment we walked in, we were treated with kindness and respect. The staff is professional, attentive, and welcoming, and everything is well organized and efficient. The warm and caring atmosphere truly makes a difference and creates a very comforting experience for patients. Dr. Caroline Puyana’s knowledge, patience, and dedication made a difficult time much easier. We truly felt supported, respected, and exceptionally well cared for throughout the entire process.  Thank you for your compassion Sophia.

Sarah is amazing! She went over the variety of options for management and also wanted to make sure that my lab work was up to date. She was very patient and great at explaining the treatment she thought would suit me best. Not a long wait to be seen as a new patient either!
