Adrianna & Jessica at the front desk were both amazing! Truthfully, I have been looking into hair removal for years so I am so excited to have finally committed & honestly I would not have done that if these ladies had not been so warm & welcoming in making me feel like it’s truly a good investment for which I completely deserve. They even gave me a free trial appointment to put my fears at ease as I was concerned about the pain! Annie was my nurse & she was so sweet & very informative & even the nurse practitioner whom had a call with me to clear me for my trial appointment was friendly & happy for me! Ultimately I committed to 5 areas after my trial & I really feel like this experience will change my life because I happen to have very thick body hair as I am biracial & it has always made me feel a bit self conscious. Waxing was always a pain, literally & physically so while I know this may not be the most comfortably feeling experience I am so excited to take this journey & I know I never would have committed without Adrianna, Jessica & Annie. Also the support of my wonderful spouse who held my sweaty hand through this process! I look forward to updating my review as time goes on, my first treatment is already scheduled.

Katie was absolutely amazing!!! Went in for my 4th treatment and after the 3rd I was petrified going in (especially with the levels getting increased each time). I have a lot of ink I’m getting removed so typically I’m there for about 2.5 hours. Last time I’m not sure what went wrong but I know it hurt like no other. This time I had 2 tattoos that were a little spicy but not unbearable and the rest I couldn’t feel!!! Katie was very accommodating, super sweet, and just all around amazing. 10/10 would recommend Katie as your laser tech. She also did my facial and that was a 10/10. Walked out with a smile on my face and I’m just so thrilled to continue this removal!!

Katie was amazing! She listened to exactly what I wanted and gave me natural, perfectly balanced lip filler. She made me feel comfortable the whole time and explained everything clearly. I’m so happy with my results and highly recommend her!
