I love the results I’ve been getting with Dr. Gaston, but lately my experience has been very disappointing to say the least. I’ve been on Accutane for about a month, I’ve been seeing Gaston for 3 years because of my acne and Accutane was never even an option for mw until I brought it up in a conversation with him. I’ve been getting really good results with the Accutane but have been struggling to get my refill for almost 2 weeks. It’s ridiculous and very unprofessional. This is a medication you should be taking consistently. I’ve called multiple times, my mother has spoken up about the situation multiple times. Nothing seems to be changing.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. The male receptionist that returned my call on 05/13/26 at 9 am was very rude and had a horrible attitude all because I wanted 2 seconds to hang up on the person I had on the other line when they called. They shouldn’t be working in customer service and is a terrible representation of the DR office which from reading the reviews might be accurate.

Dr. Gaston is great but he literally takes FOREVER!! I mean late or on-time you're gonna sit for an hour or more to be seen. He definitely over books! Try to get an early appointment or mid day.

While this may not be your preferred environment for a doctors office Dr Gaston DELIVERS! That's why despite any comments about environment or service, his results are UNMATCHED! I have had him treat keloids and you can't tell that they were ever there. After surgery, I had the Dr that performed the surgery provide keloid injections multiple times. The scar was a little better but not to my standards. As always, I went to Dr Gaston for an injection and the keloid is flat and scar is undetectable. He knows his stuff and I don't know what I would do without him!!! I come from out of state for his services and pay out of pocket, because he's that AMAZING!

My experience was very disappointing. I only gave two stars because I know he is one of the best and I’ve been going there since I was young . I love someone that’s open and honest. But when a patient is embarrassed about their situation and comes to you for help, you should tell them the truth but also make them feel comfortable. And the response I got from my situation was definitely uncomfortable. I know he’s getting older and maybe that’s why but I won’t be going back. Make a person who’s feeling awful enough about their experience with at least some reassurance while telling them the truth. I couldn’t believe his reaction. he’s knows his work he just doesn’t know what to say. When I came to him a couple years ago about it he was honest but not in disgrace like he was this time…..
