◾️◾️◾️Please take these reviews into consideration. We're definitely trying to warn you !!! Truly if there were more options to choose from like if Edward scissor hands had a practice we would obviously take our hard earned insurance money elsewhere. This will be my last visit and it’s surely going out with a draggggggggggg✖️

Nurse Brittney and PA Crystal were amazing! They are so knowledgeable and explained everything perfectly to my 17 year old son. They took so much time answering our questions. I was hot in the exam room and they took the time to get me a fan. What else can you ask for?!? The lady that checked us out was very nice as well. We didn't have to wait long and when we called to make the appointment we got in the very next day. Amazing! The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because the receptionist/person that checked us in lost our paperwork but hey they are only human and that's going to happen sometimes.

Great experience with the clinic. The staff is friendly and I was in and see the doctor in around 10 minutes from arrival. The staff is attentive and the doctor say me suprisingly quickly. She didn't waste time and was up to speed on the info I provided the nurse. I was in and out in no time. I won't have any issues going back.

So after months of waiting with no results from my doctors office, I was eventually setup with an appointment here for help. I was told a time to be here, and that it would be best to show up 15min early. I arrived on time, but was not able to show up early. When I arrived to check in, I was informed that although i was the last patient of the day, since i had not shown up at the time they had SUGGESTED for me to be there, at 325, that they would no longer be able to see me today. Even though they said themselves my appointment was at 340. I very easily could have filled out whatever paperwork was needed either during or after my appointment. I was also told that they could not reschedule until mid January, as today is December 2nd, i found that ridiculous. The secretary made no attempt to help or apologize for the situation, rather defended her office in that they 'definitely tell the doctors' that first time patients are required to show up early. If that is the case, then why was the appointment not for 325 from the start? And they most definitely did not tell me i must come early, the text messages from them said it was suggested. What a waste of time. Frankly I am glad they didn't see me. With people like that as the face of their office, I can only imagine what the doctors are like. Given the other reviews ive read, they sound just as I would expect. I would give them a 0 star review if it were possible. Complete and utter nonsense. Especially since i drove 20 miles almost to come to the appointment. What a waste of time, gas, and effort over a 15 minute discrepancy. And what did she expect me to do about it, just nod and apologize for wasting THEIR time? Not happening. This review is what I'll do. And then I will never set foot in that place again.

We had a worst experience with this office ever. We came in around almost 4 and I think it’s avout time for them to go home or something they were so rushing us. They nurse was rude and Our appointment didn’t even last 15 mins . I tried to ask them questions but they were so rushing try to do the treatment for my mom as fast as they could. The Doctor came in for like 5 mins and didn’t even bother to see if I have any questions for him which I do have lots of questions. That was our first appointment and will be our last. We will never come back there again.
