First off I waited 30 minutes when there was nobody in the outer office waiting. Then she came in and did not have the pictures of my moles. I come in every six months because I have so many. She took five minutes to look at me and that was it.

If I could put no stars I would put no stars. I went to have a tick bite removed that has grown to be the size of a dime she took only the center even though I argued with her about wanting the whole thing removed assured me that if we remove the center that the whole thing would go away. I tried to explain to her that this was more aggressive than what she thought. she wasn't listening. Then I asked to be referred to a specialist once the growth came back because she said she didn't know what type of infection I had. Put on my paperwork that there is no infection even though the growth grew back even worse than it was before and she had stated that she did not know what I have wrong. so I asked her for the referral. When I showed up they denied to see me because of what she had reported (that how I didn't have an infection) I may have made her mad when I said that when it comes to tick bites doctors are either ignorant or uneducated. Now I have to see a diffrent specialist about having it removed again. would never go back to her. Just warning everybody she does not listen. Tried to explain to her that I'm having neurological problems along with facial paralysis. Cluster headaches and seizures twitches fatigue. All from a tick. Even after explaining everything to her which she did not try to listen at all downplayed everything and made it to where the specialist would not even see me because I "don't have an infection" even though the growth has come back even worse than it was before now it's the size of a quarter thanks to her treatment. Now the whole thing starts over.

The staff seemed uncaring, just making the appointment, for a possible melanoma! Took over four weeks to get an appointment, called the day before said, long awaited appointment, told me that if I didn’t come on a specific day, which I had another doctor appointment, then they would schedule me for September, according to her, this came from Dr. Householder. I felt strong armed not cared for. That was just making the appointment, imagine if I had actually received care.

Never would go here. Don't know anything about the doctor and feel bad leaving a review since it had NOTHING to do with the doctor. When I called and the receptionist answered she was extremely rude and couldn't answer any basic questions. You could tell that she doesn't like her job or care about patients. She definitely should not be answering the phone. Called a different dermatology office and all my questions were answered and nothing but nice and helpful service.

I would not recommend. My daughter has also taken her children elsewhere. Staff seem genuinely unconcerned and uninterested. We also received a bill that should have been taken care of. Not sure what the problem is there, but after reading other reviews I'm glad I'm not the only one disappointed. our family switched after two visits.
