I visited The Dermatology Clinic in Wichita on September 25, 2025, to see Faith Vautravers, PA, about a mark on my body. I told her I was going to lose my insurance at the end of the month and wouldn’t be able to get seen again until six months later with my new plan. Even though she was extremely busy, she went above and beyond. She made time for a full body scan and discovered what could have been a serious issue. Faith acted immediately, and her assistant Madison was a huge support — she kept me calm, focused, and reassured throughout the whole visit. These two are outstanding. Their expertise, care, and kindness are top notch. I’d highly recommend them (and the clinic) to anyone who expects the highest quality dermatological care. Thank you both. — Jim Hutchison

Receptionist Cheryl cannot do more than one thing at a time, all the while complaining about everything…too many patients, insurance companies, her long commute and long work days. She shows no discretion with patient confidentiality. She had a long winded conversation with the nurse about a patient. I overheard way more details than I wanted to know. I thought she was just having a bad day. But every day is a bad day with her. The whole check in process and check out process was 3 times longer than the time spent with the doctor. Also, I wish they would remove the multiple dead and half dead plants in the lobby. What an awful first impression. If Cheryl is really overwhelmed, get her some help! Doctors don’t realize how the front end support staff means to the practice as a whole.

Lies, careless and awful communication. We have been trying to get our 3yo sons meds refilled for weeks now. They have told us they submitted the claim to the insurance multiple times. LIES! Spoke to the insurance company and they haven't sent any of the documents the insurance company needs. THEY LIE AND SAY THEY DID. This place is deceptive and I couldn't recommend to stay away more. My 3yo is suffering because their laziness and incompetence.

We liked our doctor but that was it. Reception was rude and unhelpful. Left multiple messages with billing as my insurance stated they billed incorrectly. Billing refused to even look into it or consider any adjustments due to being misinformed by reception and nurses. They also canceled multiple appointments through text that had to be rescheduled. We actually showed up for an appointment that had been canceled. I should’ve read the reviews earlier. We are seeking a new provider.

I definitely should have read the reviews before going to this clinic.i had an appointment and they prescribed me medication for my skin condition. They never called in my prescription. Completely incompetent , they take your 40 copay for nothing.Dont waste your time going to this clinic!
