It was very easy to make an appointment. The person answering the phone was very polite and informative. The girl that checked me in was very friendly and efficient. The place is clean and neat and I did not have to wait long. Audrey, my NP was great. She was thorough with her examination, informative and answered all my questions. I would recommend dermatology of Indiana to anyone who needs a dermatologist.

Today was my first visit at DCI, with Dr. May. He answered all my questions and concerns in a way that I could easily understand and made me feel comfortable. Very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend! In addition, Sophie was wonderful and helpful. The professional staff will take care of all needs and questions! I will return to this office, as needed, in the future. Thanks DCI! I’ve been going here for about five years. No bad experiences. Yes, maybe I had to wait past my appointments a couple of times. However, I really can’t remember a time that I have been to the doctor, dentist, or any other medical appointment, to where they have not made me wait at least a little while. I’m not that important. I can wait. The staff- seems like they all were doing their jobs as they were supposed to. Nobody was eating popcorn or anything else while I was there. And you know what? I don’t care if they were. Doubt if it would affect their jobs. Maybe they have to take their breaks while they work? Have you never grabbed a snack while on the clock? I have. And sure, some of them may be friendlier than others. However, you have to consider that they deal with the impatient, criticizing, rude, whiney assed public everyday. My provider Denae, has been very professional every time I have seen her. She takes the time to discuss any concerns I have and probably does the same for all of her other patients. Hence why they run a little behind sometimes. Does everything run as smooth as we would like? Most of the time no. But again, I’m not that important, so I’ll live with it. Too bad some of these places can’t write a google review on their clients and customers. A lot of people would have a hard time finding services.

I love Shelby and her assistant! They are so nice, friendly and upbeat! Also they get you in and out so quickly, not ever more than couple minutes waiting. I would highly recommend this place!

I love the comprehensive and thorough care I receive at this practice! The operations/scheduling side is where it falls down. I was nearly 20 minutes late being taken back to an exam room and then sat for another 20 minutes once gowned and ready before I was seen, and this was an early morning appointment so I struggle to see how the office was this far behind at such an early point in the day. I did appreciate the tech checking in to thank me for my patience, to apologize for the delay and to let me know I was next rather than just letting me sit and wonder. But it was still an excessively long wait and makes me believe they over-schedule.
