Staff was great! Facilities were clean and upscale. Check in had online option so it was quick and easy when I arrived, even as a new patient. I did not wait at all to be seen at my appointment time. Doctor was very friendly and helpful and reassuring. The Broad Ripple location parking is limited but it’s Broad Ripple, the parking is limited everywhere. Just happy I didn’t have to pay to park. If you go anywhere in BR, you know what you’re getting.

This review is not for the work of Dr. Steadman, as I believe she does a very good job. It is more for the operation side of Forefront Dermatology. When you call, you very rarely talk to someone and when you do, they are either in a call center or some other location, because they always talk like I'm a new patient. I have multiple times had a nurse call and leave me a message to call back and when I do, the answering service or person that answers (if they are really at a Forefront Office) never knows who the person is, what they were calling about, or how to get me to someone who does. Thank god, my biopsy's have been benign, this would be unthinkable behavior if something was actually wrong.

It is refreshing to see a doctor like Dr. Lauren Steadman, that treats you like an individual and not a number. She is a highly qualified, intelligent, and caring individual that answered all my Of my questions. She took as much time as I needed and not a specified amount that she was allowed to see me. I highly recommend this individual for your dermatology needs.

Trying to talk to anyone in this office is nearly impossible. I had a billing issue and needed to talk to them directly. For over a month, I tried to contact the office. Any calls I missed in that time were flagged as potential spam and no voicemails were left to indicate it was the office (even though they say they left one once, I don't have any record of it). Ultimately, the billing issue is unfortunate, but not the main reason for this review. I asked the person who called me back after yet another voicemail today why it is so hard to get in touch with them. I was told they are in clinic all day and that people with appointments take priority, which I do understand. However, when I have been trying to talk to them for a month, that excuse is no longer reasonable. There is no reason to have it be that difficult. I sincerely do not recommend anyone use this clinic. I have heard great things about their other offices, but this one is impossible to work with if you have an issue.

This was my first visit but so far very impressive. I was able to get in for a same day appointment. The doctor finally offered a real plan and solution to a skin issue I have been dealing with for 7+ years.
