Absolutely love Dr. Sonya, her knowledge about eczema is excellent. The staff is always so pleasant and friendly. Her assistant named Katch is absolutely awesome and friendly. Almost every appointment, I'm greeted by Lindsey, with such a beautiful smile each time. My Absolute favorite is when it's time to check out, seeing the beautiful Ode, she is so sweet and always in a good spirit. Love this office.

I really appreciate Mandy and Abby being efficient with my appt. They were both super nice and knowledgeable! They listen to you you to try and get you the best treatment plan possible. I appreciate a team who is nice, efficient and educated!

I went to get a chemical peel with a new Esthetician, Trish. She was very informative during the entire process. She was excellent, no burn or irritation afterwards. I most definitely will be going back to see her. By the way I have been going to the Indy office for over 10 years. Dr. Sonya is top tier. I absolutely adore her.

Love everything about Dr. Johnson and her office. Check in very quick. The time before she got in the room was quick, as well as check out. Dr. Johnson is very thorough and informative. I can't end this review without acknowledging the team. The ladies that checked me in and out, drew my blood, and everyone in the office were pleasant and inviting!!

Do not recommend. They will close their office and not contact you to let you know so you can drive all the way out there to find out they closed. Worthless. Adding to my review because of response from owner- you clearly need to re-evaluate your processes then because I was a new patient. Other than my phone number, you don’t have my email address because I haven’t been to the office yet nor have I received any paper to fill out. Receptionist who scheduled my appointment didn’t ask for my email address. If you are going to cancel appointments, you need to make sure that EVERYONE has been contacted. I drove 45 minutes to get to the office only to find out you are closed. When I left this morning I clicked on my appointment reminder and it still said I had an appointment at 10:25. It wasn’t until after calling the scheduler and speaking to her did my appointment get canceled. Seems like you have a lot of holes in your system. Do better. I can see why there are so many negative reviews.
