Everything wrong with the modern medical system. Called to make an appt. Woman answering the phone did not offer her name, didnt ask me for my name, and was cold/rude. Immediately asked me if I had insurance, who the provider was, and what the number was. I did not have my card with me. Her response was "Call us back when you have it." End of story. If I wanted shitty service, I would go to Subway, which is where this woman should be working. Good luck with this office.

I absolutely adore this place and all the doctors here. However, I’m giving it two stars because their administration team is incredibly unprofessional. Every time I call, they keep me on hold for at least 15 minutes. Once, the receptionist even held me on for 20 minutes! When I finally hung up and called her again to schedule an appointment, she asked if I could be placed on hold. I politely declined, but she responded with an attitude and said, “Okay, what’s up?” While I’m writing this review, I’m again on hold for 15 minutes. It’s sad that they don’t value patients’ time. I saw PA Caroline during my visit. She really listened to my concerns and made me feel like I was a part of the decisions she made to take care of my issues. From the time I walked into the facility to the time I left, I felt like the staff cared. I highly recommend Dermatology Associates of Indiana!

They have taken great care of me!! I needed to have a spot checked out, and it turned out to be cancerous. They took great care of me and got it removed asap. Greatly relieved my stress!

I'm very impressed with everyone I've had the privilege meeting. They are attentive and kind. I highly recommend this practice.
