I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Dr. Fretzin and his entire team. From the moment I walked into the clinic, the staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and efficient, making the check-in process completely seamless.Dr. Fretzin is a phenomenal dermatologist. He is exceptionally knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. His warm bedside manner immediately put me at ease, and he explained my treatment options with perfect clarity. It is rare to find a doctor who combines top-tier medical expertise with such genuine care and compassion.The clinical staff and medical assistants were equally fantastic, ensuring I was comfortable throughout my entire visit. The office itself is clean, modern, and highly organized. I am incredibly grateful for the outstanding care I received and would highly recommend Dr. Fretzin to anyone looking for a top-notch dermatologist.

I appreciate this medical office because it “reeks of competence”. Every part of the team does their job well. The doctors are all first rate and they are supported by excellent staff. I’ve seen Dr. Young for several years. She is friendly, knowledgeable, informative, communicates well, asks good questions, and genuinely seems to care. Word of advice - don’t show up at your exam with a sunburn - you’ll get an earful - LOL!

Went to use cash to avoid the 3% fee ($100 bill for $40 charge) and told they did not have change for that amount. So received the 3% charge. Only downside. Seems like they should have enough if the are accepting cash……. The people working there are great and Dr Fretzin is top notch. I highly recommend them.

Excellent patient care. Staff is very cordial, professional and caring. Dr. Countryman explained the MOHS procedure, answered my questions and addressed my concerns up front and was very proficient in his surgery. Brittany was also excellent in the care she provided and her concern for my comfort and well-being throughout the process. I would highly recommend based on my experience.

The staff here are amazing! Great experience. Even though it was a scary time, they made me feel comfortable!
