I have always had a great experience at Georgia Dermatology Partners. Dr. Mercer is excellent, personable and extremely knowledgeable. She listens to my needs and provides me with options. I highly recommend!

I’ve been faithfully visiting Georgia Dermatology Partners for over a year now, undergoing shots, various topicals, and oral medications, but unfortunately, I’ve seen no improvement. In fact, I feel as though my thinning and hair loss have worsened since I started treatment. What’s even more disheartening is that I was given positive encouragement, as if my hair would actually start to grow back. However, all I have to show for it is less hair and damaged pillow cases from the oils. The final straw came when Dr. Jessica Mercer, who has been treating me throughout this ordeal, attempted to reintroduce me to the same medication she had prescribed me for six months. If I were your patient, you should be aware of the treatments you’ve already tried and vice versa. That realization made me realize that she lacked the expertise to help me. This was simply a payday for these doctors. I would have preferred her to be honest with me and tell me that there’s nothing they can do to help me, rather than treating me as an income source. This is incredibly disappointing and sad. How many women are you guys giving false hope?

Dr. Brown takes the time to discuss each option and ensures that I am able to make the best decision. She is very patient and very knowledgeable.

This was my first experience with Basil cell carcinoma and Dr. Jessica Mercer was more than I could hope for. Efficient, professional, kind and joyful. Her staff (Megan & more) have the same attributes. Great group from check in to check out.
