I saw Dr. Walker on May 13th and I appreciate that the Dr immediately send the prescriptions to the pharmacy. The Dr. also mentioned if the prescriptions is not covered by the insurance then they will be happy to alter the prescription. From May 13 th it’s about 3 weeks my pharmacy and I trying to connect with the office for an alternative medicine. Each time they say some nurse will call me back and it never happened. I called them at least 10 times and still nobody was able to help with anything. My symptoms went worse without the medicine and all I heard from them is someone will call me back and no reply after that .Absolutely zero professionalism.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had. I had an appointment, and showed up a few minutes early. Atleast 5 patients came in after me and were all seen before me. I waited over an hour after my appointment time due to the nature of my visit being urgent but I was still not the seen. The receptionist confirmed that they called appointments who were scheduled after me and she’s not sure why. No apology, nothing. They just told me I’ll have to wait a little while longer. After one hour and 15 mins of waiting I walked out

I had a wildly disappointing and costly experience with Dr. Georges. To start, I was instructed three separate times to arrive 30 minutes early for my appointment. I showed up early, had zero paperwork to fill out, and was not called back until 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. Once in the room, Dr. Georges spent maybe three minutes with me. She did not even physically touch my finger before misdiagnosing the growth as a cyst and referring me out to a hand surgeon. When I saw the surgeon, they pointed out the error and advised that I actually needed to go back to a dermatologist for proper treatment. I contacted Dr. Georges’ office to pursue the treatment the surgeon recommended. Her staff informed me they were waiting on a supply shipment and promised to call me to schedule the procedure as soon as it arrived. They never called. Because this practice completely dropped the ball and left the growth untreated, it grew out of control. I ultimately had to undergo a surgical procedure to have it removed - an expensive, invasive outcome that could have been avoided with basic (competent) care. If you want a provider who cares and follows through for their patients, look elsewhere.

My experience was all positive from the moment I stepped into the office. It was clean, quiet and nicely decorated (loved the artwork), the check-in process was smooth and simple, and I didn’t have to wait long. Aimee, Dr. Walker’s assistant was very friendly and professional, assessing my needs and taking notes; and Dr. Walker was very knowledgeable, attentive and sympathetic to my concerns. The appointment was neither rushed nor protracted and I walked out feeling understood and confident in the treatment plan.

This office likes to over charge you. AVOID. My experience was I went in for a yearly check. While there, they offered to freeze off a skin tag and I said not if it wasn't covered under my copay. I was told it would be. Instead, they charged my insurance and me $249 to remove it. $70 of which I was billed for. This is on top of the $255 they charged for the annual check, $70 of which I was responsible. $249 for ONE skin tag to be removed and on top of that, ITS STILL HERE. This place did not have to bill me but they CHOSE to and then tried to explain to me how insurance works. Horrible customer service, and staff that will lie to your face. $504 for less than 5 minutes in the room with me. Not recommended.
