My son is seen by Dr. Rice and Skylar her assistant. 5 stars aren’t enough to give them! They are amazing !! My son has been seen here for a while now and before that, was seen at their John’s Creek location. Never had a bad experience. The front desk receptionist even has a school excuse ready for us each time so we don’t wait at checkout. I came to Dr. Rice with hopes of her helping my son with his severe eczema. My son was what they call “low quality of life” . She listened to me, she got to know his skin, and prescribed him medication that has been life changing. She’s previously even had to fight tooth and nail with the insurance to get us approved for Dupixent. Skylar is amazing as well, she always is just a call away and finds the answers I am looking for fast. She’s always patient and never rushes me or brushes my concerns. I’m so happy I found these two! I trust them with all my son’s needs.

My wife went to their John's Creek branch. Had to wait over an hour to see the doctor (despite their zero tolerance for late patients policy), then the doctor sent the prescription to the wrong pharmacy (in another state, none the less). The pharmacy they sent it to doesn't do mail order. Sent them several messages in the patient portal and called several times to get it corrected. They never replied and never called back, even three weeks later. We had to go to another dermatologist to get the prescription again. $268 down the drain because without the medicine seeing the doctor is worthless. Please read the reviews for all the offices before you use this practice.

Dr. Satcher and staff (assistant Tasha) are so amazing!! Prompt yet unrushed. Kind and empathic. Parking is right at the door!

Having been a patient of Dr. Rice for better than 4 years, I can emphatically state that the service she provides is exceptional. I have had several in-office procedures completed by her and have found her to be attentive to my needs, conversant about my issues, and meticulous when providing treatment. I've been equally impressed by her staff who have always been courteous and helpful whether scheduling an appointment or prepping me for a procedure.

After hearing from a friend how great Dr. Rice was, I scheduled a consultation for forehead lines. Over the past few years, I’ve slowly seen forehead lines creep up and wanted to discuss options to reverse them. Upon my arrival, the office was pristine, as you would expect for any doctor’s office, and the staff was very professional. Dr. Rice was very thorough during the appointment. I went in with a list of questions that she took time to answer thoughtfully. She drew up options to treat my forehead lines and we decided Botox was the best option. She offered to do it right then. With this being my first treatment, I was extremely nervous to proceed but felt confident I could trust Dr. Rice’s expertise and recommendations. She numbed my forehead to minimize pain at the injection sites and explained exactly what would she would do and what would happen in the days to follow. The injections were virtually painless and the results were perfect! It looked very natural which is exactly the look I was going for. The treatment worked exactly as she explained and her staff followed up with me to ensure everything was going well. I can’t wait to go back for the next treatment!
