Doctor Barnett is exceptional!! Not only is she kind, warm, and personable she excels clinically in both medical and cosmetic dermatology, truly on a level well beyond her peers. Her cosmetic talent leans on less-is-more with a beautiful natural look. Definitely would not want anyone else injecting me, you can tell she is a perfectionist, her time and effort allow her outcomes to be unmatched. Obsessed w this Derm practice!!! :)

I really appreciate how responsive and honest Dr Barnett always is. My questions are always answered promptly and thoroughly, and I never feel rushed or dismissed. What sets her apart is her willingness to share what has worked for her personally and what hasn’t, which makes her guidance feel genuine and practical. I feel well-informed and confident in my care and would absolutely recommend her for your skin care needs.

I recently had a bad experience with another clinic which made me appreciate this one so much more. Dr Barnett was wonderful and very judicious with her time. You can tell she knows her job well. Also this clinic did not over charge me at all, explained my insurance coverage and non-coverage very well (they didn't have to but this was really appreciated). Not all clinics in ATL are like this so when you find one it must be lauded.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Dr. Barnett. She is truly the best at what she does. Every time I come in with questions she takes the time to thoughtfully explain everything and makes me feel completely comfortable and confident in my treatment plan.

Not 1 star on account of the staff/their overall friendliness at appointments/their expertise all being fine, that hasn’t been my issue. The prescription policies at this practice are why I’m rating it low, I don’t know why there are so many issues getting and staying on medication here. I moved to Georgia and tried to get set up on a prescription that I took for almost 2 years in my previous state, they made me do initial bloodwork at the first appointment(which I was fine with) and nothing worrying showed up on the results. But then, every 3 months I’d run out of refills of the prescription, where previously it’d take me a year to run out. When I got to 6 months/9 months out from my initial appointment, the staff would say “hey we really need to run bloodwork and have you come in again to continue this medication” and I’d say “respectfully that’s unnecessary, I’ve been on this for years now with no problems” and then they’d let me continue. My annual appointment came and they pushed on bloodwork again, I said “no thanks, really I’m just here to renew my prescription and nothing has changed since the last time bloodwork was done”. Then they lowered my dose by 50mg after that annual appointment and didn’t tell me they’d do that ahead of time and/or why they lowered it, which was my final straw. I just saw a new dermatologist who got me on the right dosage again with no bloodwork needed at my initial appointment, and confirmed refills of the medication for a year. If you’re someone who doesn’t want doctor’s offices hovering over you and trying to frequently charge you for additional appointments and labs, I wouldn’t recommend going here. (edit: they responded saying they couldn’t find me in their system, that is because I use a nickname online for privacy + so businesses don’t contact me if I had a poor experience and review them honestly. I tried this practice for a year, the dermatologists I had before and after them were both incredibly safe and exhibited none of the problems this place has)
