This was my first appointment with this office. Actually, my first appointment to see a dermatologist . I was getting a routine Skin cancer check. Everyone in this office is so professional and caring. I was made to feel completely at ease throughout my exam. The doctor was very professional and kind explaining everything to me. I actually arrived about 30 minutes, and was taken back as soon as I completed my paperwork. I highly recommend this office for any dermatology needs you may need . Thank you so much to everyone for treating me with kindness and respect 😊

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this office. I have been a patient here for years. I visited about six months ago and also brought my son three months ago. I have always paid as a self-pay patient at the time of service. However, during my most recent visit, after arriving for a scheduled appointment, I was suddenly told that I have an outstanding balance of approximately $1,000 from 2021 and that I could not receive treatment unless I paid the amount immediately. I was never notified about this balance — no phone call, text message, email, or mailed statement. If there truly was an issue, it should have been communicated years ago, especially before confirming new appointments and continuing to see me as a patient. What made this even more frustrating was being informed only after I arrived for my appointment, during an already busy day, and being denied care on the spot. This is not professional or respectful to patients’ time. I do not use insurance at this office and have always paid out of pocket, so I am also confused about how this balance was calculated and why insurance was mentioned. Patients deserve transparency, proper communication, and respect. I hope the office improves its billing communication practices so others do not experience the same situation.

Went here because my husband had a good experience here and I was very happy with my experience as well. I was checked in and seen pretty quickly. Dr. Colorado and staff were kind and listened to my concerns and was able to take care of my issue same day. Highly recommend!

Martin Burke is an exceptional PA. He has provided the best clinical encounter experience I have ever had as a dermatology patient. He attentively listens to presenting concerns, carefully assesses those concerns, and collaboratively discusses treatment options. I would (and do) highly recommend him to others!

Dr. Martin Burke is truly the best! Very understanding and not dismissive of my concerns like other places. I moved to Pasco county and tried 2 other dermatologist closer to me, but neither truly helped me and both were not able to help with the African-American American skin issues. Dr. Burke truly understands all skin types and had a solution to my concerns within minutes. I wish I would have come to him first. The drive was worth it and I will always sing his praises! Thank you for your help!
