So impressed with the staff and service here. They are thorough, explain everything and understand how to care for patients. I love when providers are two steps ahead of your questions and make you feel comfortable and welcoming. It was nice having people care and enjoy doing the work they do.

Dr. Pothiawala is excellent as is her staff. This is my go to place for all Derm issues. Kim at the front desk is also wonderful! Such a efficient and skilled practice.

Dr Salma potlala is great, unfortunately, this like many other medical practices it is not actually owned by any doctor but by a large corporation, and therefore extremely chaotic. When you make an appointment, the off location appointment makers will tell you the doctor can only treat one issue per visit, that isn't true. I got written a prescription that my insurance wouldn't cover and it was over $140 so I called into the office and ask for the doctor to write a script that would be covered. Unfortunately, it took several days to get this simple request done, all because you got a location and people answering phones that are not part of the office staff.

Today was my first visit to the dermatologist, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional. The doctor took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made me feel completely at ease. I highly recommend them.

I feel so fortunate to have found Kimberly Siders! Been around enough to know that she is simply the best. I’ve been a patient for many years and wouldn’t change insurance if that meant finding someone else. She treats you as if you’re family .
