As a woman with darker skin, I always believed laser treatments were not a safe or effective option for me. Sharnel Reed recommended the CoolPeel treatment, and I can honestly say the experience exceeded all of my expectations. My results have been amazing, and I feel so much more confident in my skin. From the moment the procedure started, Sharnel made me feel completely comfortable. She thoroughly explained the entire process, walked me through aftercare, and remained attentive the entire time to ensure I was doing well. Her professionalism, knowledge, and care truly stood out. I recently had the CoolPeel Tetra Laser treatment with Sharnel Reed at the office and had such a great experience. She was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and so sweet throughout the entire appointment. She made me feel comfortable every step of the way and explained everything clearly. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, and the office was very clean and aesthetically pleasing. I’m so excited to see my results and would definitely recommend her to anyone considering the treatment!

I was referred here by a provider that I see closer to home. I live in Ruskin so the drive here is a little over an hour. Originally my appointment was at 4:20 then I got a voicemail that it was moved to 3pm but no one ever asked me if I was OK with that name they just did it. OK cool. I took 4 hours of PTO so I could get off early and be to my appointment on time. I arrived, checked in and a few minutes later I get called to the front so I can be told that someone had to call me yesterday to cancel my appointment because I actually had to be referred elsewhere for the type of issue I was coming in for. No one ever called me so I still showed up. If this was the case I could have saved my PTO. When we discussed my issue she then proceeded to say that I could be seen after all. I was seen literally for 3 minutes. That’s all. Dr. Sabels bed side manner is absolutely horrible. I do not recommend him to any patient, the clinic staff itself gets about 3 stars just because of their communication is also not the best. If you can go elsewhere please do and do not waste your valuable time like I did, 3 hours of commute down the drain like gasoline isn’t at a high right now.

Great experience. The office is beautiful and the staff is friendly and professional. NP Sharnel Reed and Brianna were fantastic. They were warm and friendly and took the time to explain everything to me thoroughly, listened well and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend this practice, and Sharnel specifically.
