I easily and quickly got an appointment. The staff were very nice! The nurse even held my hand when I had to get a lidocaine injection and helped calm my nerves. I have a four week follow up to confirm that my issue is solved but so far so good!

In and out. Great, professional staff. Office is comfortable. Appointments are easy to make and to know about. Glad to be back at the office as a patient, it's like I never left. Good experience. They ensure you get the treatment and care you need, in my case with psoriasis.

The treatment was incredible. The doctor listened to me patiently and was very clear in his explanations and treatment recommendations. I arrived a few minutes late, and I have to thank them for taking care of me despite this. The receptionists were very friendly. I recommend it.

I had my first appointment at Academy Alliance Dermatology on June 5th at 2:45 PM, and honestly, I had such a great experience! The front desk ladies were friendly and everything was quick and smooth, and I didn’t have to wait long at all. The medical staff member who helped me was so sweet and gentle. She made me feel safe and supported, especially since I was a little nervous. I really appreciated how kind and patient she was 🩺💖. And Dr. James Martin was amazing! He took the time to explain everything clearly and patiently, so I could really understand what I need to do next. He was super professional but also very friendly which made everything so much easier. Just wanted to say a big thank you to everyone for being so kind, caring, and professional.
