Service was impeccable, when you first walk in to when you leave. The staff are very knowledgeable and make this process easy to follow along helping us understand everything as we go through it. My cousin was born with a type of hyperpigmentation that's on her whole face (including her eyes) after being told no from 2 other hospitals, we were thankfully referred to here by a previous doctor. After our initial consultation we were told "Yes!" It's was our Hail Mary, the doctor was so kind and informative, we saw results instantly and the healing process went smoothly. So far we've been here 3 times in the span of 4 months, it's quick and her pigmentation is starting to fade away. I highly recommend coming here, this place does more than heal or treat, this clinic transforms lives.

Dr. Tina Alster is amazing. My son had a rare form of acne that only 1% of people in the world with acne get. It left him with insane scaring and keliods on most of his upper body. We would get asked what type of accident was he in. We saw countless of doctors that could not help my son. As soon as Dr. Alster walked in, she said I got this, this is what I do. I broken down in tears. Dr. Alster has been such a blessing in our lives. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my son.

This is a very nice establishment as soon as we walked in we were greeted and gifted just because it was our first visit. The staff are very nice and professional. I am definitely coming back to them they even let us watch our daughter have her surgery and provide us with safety glasses. We need more professionals and people like this! Great visit

Dr. Nina Hartman is intelligent, personable, and most importantly , addresses all concerns without attempting to upsell unnecessary cosmetic services. Her expertise was greatly appreciated and effective in correcting the damage to my skin that occurred from a cosmetic treatment administered incorrectly by another practice. Dr. Hartman Is amazing and I highly recommend this Institute.

Everyone I interacted with at the clinic was warm, kind, and welcoming, which I really appreciated. The doctor herself was friendly and gave me about 15 minutes of her time, which is more than many, and I do want to acknowledge that. That said, I left feeling pretty disappointed and uneasy about the overall experience. I had scheduled a consult specifically for VBeam and made it clear in advance that I was coming in for potential same-day treatment, and was told that this was an option. I was told that the $250 consult fee would be applied toward treatment if I moved forward. Unfortunately, when I arrived, I was told that they don’t perform VBeam during the summer months. This should have been clearly communicated up front—it felt misleading to let me book and pay for a consult when treatment wasn’t even an option. They should have offered not to charge me the consult. In addition, the doctor applied a few skincare products to my face without asking me anything about my sensitivities or how I typically respond to certain ingredients. For someone with reactive skin, this felt careless and a bit risky. I also felt like there was an unnecessary push to buy their in-house skincare products rather than focusing on my individual concerns. It made me feel more like a customer than a patient. On top of that, the treatment room didn’t feel especially clean—there was a red substance on the chair I was supposed to sit on, which definitely raised a red flag for me. While I appreciate the friendliness of the staff, the experience left me feeling disappointed and questioning the clinic’s transparency and priorities. I’ll be seeking VBeam treatment elsewhere.
