I used to see Dr. Chang and she was great. Unfortunately, after she departed the practice I had a terrible experience. I saw Dr. Bell for Dysport and we had a thorough consultation, speaking extensively about the injections' impact on my brow line. As it was our first visit I mentioned that I didn't mind his erring on the side of under treating, but that a brow drop would be a really upsetting result. He specifically mentioned a brow lift injection, which I happily agreed to. Upon check out he had no availability for a follow up appointments other than early morning (which doesn't work for me). The front desk told me to just call if there was a problem and they would figure something out. Unfortunately, the injections weren't done properly and it dropped my brows. When I called in to see about a corrective procedure with another injector I was given an appointment. 30 minutes later they called back to rescind that appointment, having also apparently given it to another person. They offered me the same early morning slots that I cannot make. I was told they would be reaching out about an alternative appointment time, and that hasn't happened. It has been an extremely disappointing, unprofessional, and expensive series of failures on their part.

I would like to gently share our experience to help improve patient care. We had an appointment and experienced a wait time of over an hour. We noticed that other patients arriving after us were being called in sooner, which was a bit confusing for us. When we checked with the staff, we were kindly told we would be seen shortly, but we would have appreciated a brief explanation about the delay. We completely understand that medical schedules can run late due to unforeseen circumstances, but a bit more clear communication would make a big difference. Thank you for your time and for considering this friendly suggestion to improve the patient experience.

I had a great experience with Nicole Masson at Integrated Dermatology. I came in with red, swollen bumps and very dry, shedding skin, and she quickly and accurately diagnosed the issue and created an effective treatment plan that has already improved my skin condition in about two weeks. What stood out most was how attentive she was — she listened carefully to all the details I shared and made me feel completely comfortable and at ease throughout the exam. The office staff were welcoming and professional, and the billing matched exactly what Cigna estimated, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend Nicole Masson.

This was my first time seeing Dr. Bell for keloid injections, and I was very impressed with the level of care. The team was welcoming and made sure I understood every step of the process. The assistant offered me water and a stress ball to help manage the discomfort of the injections (small details that made a big difference). Dr. Bell was thorough, answered all my questions, and prescribed a numbing gel to make future treatments more comfortable. I truly appreciated the thoughtful, patient-centered approach.

I had an appointment scheduled for 2:50 PM and arrived early at 2:40 PM. After checking in, I was told there would be approximately a 15-minute wait and that there were only two patients ahead of me. Unfortunately, as time passed, every patient who was waiting before me was called back, and several patients who arrived after me were also seen before I was. By 3:35 PM, I still had not been called or provided with any update regarding the delay. When I went to the front desk to inquire about my appointment, staff attempted to contact the back office but received no response. At that point, my parking meter had already expired more than 15 minutes earlier, and I was unable to continue waiting. I understand that delays can happen, but better communication and updates regarding wait times would have been appreciated. Due to this experience, I chose not to reschedule and will not be returning.
