Great doctor and good experience overall, but one big gotcha: if you’re even 15 minutes late, you may get pushed to just before lunch or the end of the day. still 5 star, I take my kids there as well, but, it would be a much more positive experience if this piece of informatio was communicated when making the appoint ment or at least when you check in. I ended up waiting about 2 hours to be seen.

My poor experience here has lead me to believe that this practice is entirely ineffective and inadequate. Dr. Suah charges ridiculous prices for treatments that yield disappointing results. Though he is personable, his approach and treatment were inadequate, as were his follow up care and his staff's customer service. I feel mislead and frustrated, and wish I had simply chosen a different dermatologist. Now I must go elsewhere for the results I had been told would be achieved.

I was scheduled for a hip operation the following week & while on vacation, realized I had an infected toe. I was a new patient to Dr Suah & the front desk got me in to see him the next day. He has a great manner, gentle & professional. He thought I should see a podiatrist, so his assistant called & got me an appointment the same day. They could have turned me away, but I’m very grateful that everyone was so helpful!

We had an exceptional experience with Dr. Suah, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. My 5-year-old daughter had been struggling with eczema for nearly six weeks but we didn't know what it was at the time. He was able to see us the same day due to an opening in his schedule which alone was incredibly reassuring as a parent. During the appointment Dr. Suah spent extensive time with us explaining the diagnosis in a clear, thoughtful way and walked us through multiple treatment options, including both medical and homeopathic approaches to support her skin long-term. I never felt rushed, and every question I had was answered with care and attention to detail. Most importantly, he was so kind and gentle with my daughter. He spoke directly to her, put her at ease, and made what could have been a stressful appointment feel calm and safe. As a parent, that meant everything to me. We left feeling informed, supported, and hopeful. I am deeply grateful for his expertise, compassion, and thoroughness, and would highly recommend him to both children and adults in need of exceptional dermatologic care.

I've seen several dermatologists that haven't been able to get it right for what I've wanted for my skin. I saw results after one visit with PA Carolyn Li. She's a great listener, caring, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend her.
