I can't say enough good things about Dr. Snell. She is extremely thorough, engaged, personable, and knowledgeable. I first started going to her about 10 years ago, and I'm glad to return after a hiatus related to a move. Her assistant, Crystal, is helpful and very efficient, too.

It's always a cheerful, prompt, and informative visit (and, of course, effective at addressing any issues) at 19th St. Dr. Snell and all of the other attending staff are friendly and down to earth. You feel like it's only you when you're with them. It's also a very stylish environment--with such care on the logo, color coordination, etc.--yet comfortable, not fancy for the sake of it.

Dr. Snell's office is a great facility, clean, welcoming, and the front-desk service is genuinely attentive. What stood out most, though, was Dr. Snell herself: deep expertise and clinical competence paired with extraordinary bedside manner. Her explanations were clear, concise, and thorough, never rushed and never over my head. I left feeling like I was in excellent hands and in great spirits. Highly recommend.

Dr Snell and the team are fabulous. Thorough, thoughtful, empathetic care every visit. Outside of the “less fun” dermatologist visits, the added options to also try cosmetic procedures and laser treatments is really nice if you like going to your doctor for those things (which I do)! Highly recommend this practice and Dr. Snell in particular.

Positive, professional office. Friendly and attentive staff. No sense of rush. There is no replacement for a board-certified dermatologist who pairs top-tier clinical expertise with a calm, unhurried bedside manner. No one does dermatology better than Dr Snell.
