Everyone in the office is really friendly but Dr. Frankel is super cool and friendly. She also has a great sense of humor which is such a bonus in my book. Their office is clean and they are excellent about sending you reminders for your appointments even just the annual ones.

Dr. Frankel is the best dermatologist I have ever had a chance to deal both in the USA and abroad. She is a real professional and always provides accurate diagnosis even just with telemedicine appointments. I have had a chance to see her both in-person and online for variety issues, and each time ended up being satisfied for 100 percent. Apart from being a great specialist, she is an amazing person, ready to hear you and address all of your concerns and makes the process as less stressful as possible. The Core Dermatology staff is also exceptional. They are very humane and firendly, ready to give an appropriate if you are in urgent need even though they are always fully booked. They also communicate via text messages and answer all the concerning questions. The office is very clean and stylish and full of positive energy. I recommend Dr. Frankel and the Core Dermatology Staff with no reservation!!

Dr. Frankel provided an excellent annual exam. She coached me on what I can do better as well as what I was already doing to ensure good skin health. Her team of office staff and clinical support were great, very efficient and engaging. I look forward to going back!

Core Dermatology has a wonderful staff who were polite and very friendly. On my first visit I felt well taken care of and respected. I went to Dr. Frankel on a recommendation from a long-time patient and so glad I did! Also, their COVID-19 best practices are in place and observed by all.

I have been seeing Dr. Frankel for years. She is kind and has a warm, compassionate bedside manner. Most importantly, she is smart and extremely thorough. Her new office space is beautiful. Her staff is great as well. They also have a portal that let's you text with the team. I recently developed a super itchy rash on my eyelids (of all places!). I texted them a selfie and Dr. Frankel was able to prescribe a medication that fixed the rash in less than two days. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Frankel & Core Dermatology!!!
