Rosacea- should have read the reviews before making an appointment. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. My appointment was at 9:30, and I waited about 45 minutes before seeing Dr. Hill. I had never been to a dermatologist before. During the visit itself, which lasted around 15 minutes, I didn't feel very engaged or personally cared for. She did not examine my face closely, and much of the appointment seemed focused on the computer. While she was polite, the interaction felt somewhat impersonal, and I left feeling frustrated and unheard. I filled the prescription she recommended, but at this point I don't plan to return for the follow-up appointment.

PLEASE READ LOW RATED REVIEWS. DO NOT GO HERE I can't express enough how much I wish I paid attention to low reviews before coming here. I had a similar experience to others where I waited over an hour to be seen for about 10 minutes. As a new patient with a history of skin cancer as stated multiple times in my reason for visit as well as intake forms, I was not even examined by Dr. Hill. I also was inquiring about a hormonal acne flare up and wanted insight into which recent products I was using that could've caused it and didn't get either of these things out of my appointment. It was a waste of my time and money. Dr. Hill's bedside manner was horrible, she repeatedly asked me to choose between two medications without explaining side effects. Shouldn't she as the doctor be making a recommendation? How should I know which to choose without any information provided on pros and cons of both? I had to commit to a prescription and pay for it only to not even take it after researching the side effects on my own (one being increased sensitivity to sun and as a pale freckly person living in sunny Denver who burns easily that didn't feel like a good option for me). My visit notes were fabricated and incorrect, stating that an exam was performed of my neck chest eyelids and face. I was wearing a sweatshirt, and Dr. Hill sat 5 feet across from me and did not look at my skin closely during my 10 minute appointment. When I asked the office via email, as well as voicemail for an itemized bill so I could confirm I wasn't being charged for an exam that wasn't performed, they were unresponsive. It wasn't until my 4th voicemail (their office does not answer the phone) and email where I said that I believe my visit notes were incorrect that I heard back. Then Dr. Hill herself called me a few times, leaving long and semi-incoherent voicemails saying she can't get ahold of me (she called at 6pm and then again at 8am? and again during my work day?) I called back each time and we played phone tag for a bit. When I finally got on the phone with her, she informed me that she was indeed able to examine my face from 5 feet away. She claimed that she examined my eyelids from our conversation and could see them when I blinked and that this is a standard way of examining a patient. She offered to correct notes to reflect that my chest was not examined and said that she is human and makes mistakes as a reason for why it was listed as being examined (I expect a medical appointment to have 100% accuracy in notes). I don't know if she confused me with another patient or just is lazy, but it feels that my visit notes were made up and I would expect more attention to detail from a Doctor. On our call, I asked why a full body exam wasn't done for a new patient who has history of skin cancer and she said that it is not standard to do a full body check for that scenario and it has to be specifically requested. I don't know what the point of going to a dermatologist would be if they aren't going to look at your skin as a standard.... I had put in my reason for visit that I wanted a general skin check due to my medical history. I only didn't follow up when there because I had already been there waiting for over an hour and was unimpressed with Dr.Hill's lack of knowledge about the medications she was trying to prescribe me, so at that poing, I didn't care to have her check me, I didn't trust her capability as a doctor. All in all, horrible visit, I question Dr.Hill's diligence and care for her patients, I am appalled at her lack of accountability when we spoke, and as a dermatologist I think attention to detail should be emphasized and she lacks this.

As a physician myself, I love the care I get from Dr. Hill and her team. Dr Hill always has great advice and approaches to my healthcare needs. She is so knowledgeable and meticulous, and I always feel so great after an office visit. She clearly takes the time to select and train a fabulous team because everybody who works with her has an impressive depth of knowledge which has been very helpful to me. I have referred many friends to Dr. Hill and all of them thank me profusely for the introduction.

Just finished a Skin Pen Microneedling treatment with Aesthetician Gabrielle, I have nothing but amazing things to say about her and the treatment it’s self! She is such a light to come and see, along with all of her knowledge she was able to educate me on everything I had questions about. She made the service super enjoyable and as painless as it could be! I will without a doubt be back to see her again! I highly recommend seeing Gabrielle!

Our oldest sees Dr Hill and she could not be more kind, understanding, and approachable. Teen skin conditions are no picnic but Dr Hill tackles the issues and seeks solutions. Her office staff and MAs are amazing too. Just recently, the same kid went to the appointment alone and was late. Yikes. We are still teaching our kids to navigate the young adult world and leaving with enough time to get places, is still very much a work in progress. They still fit our kid into what I’m sure was a tightly scheduled day and for that we are so grateful! We’d recommend this office over and over for whatever your issues are with your skin. Dr Hill and her staff will hook you up!!
