I had a minor surgical procedure at Epiphany that was handled poorly from start to finish. What should have been a straightforward recovery turned into months of prolonged healing due to improper treatment and lack of appropriate follow-up care. Communication was consistently inadequate, and I rarely received clear answers or guidance regarding my recovery. The lack of continuity, accountability, and attention to my concerns was extremely disappointing. I ultimately sought care elsewhere. I would not recommend this practice based on my experience and would strongly urge others to consider any other option before going here for anything.

Just finished my annual check-up with Logan DeBord and he's one of the best doctors I've ever been to. Very considerate and thoughtful, very thorough, and always interesting to talk to. I have only been to him at this practice but can't rate him highly enough.

I’ve seen Dr. Aldana twice over the past few years—both for routine skin checks and to address specific concerns like moles and other skin issues. Each time, she has been attentive, knowledgeable, and thorough, always taking the time to address my questions without making me feel rushed. She has an excellent bedside manner, and even though I typically only see her about once a year, she creates a level of comfort that makes the experience feel very personal. I’ve always felt heard and confident in the treatment plans she’s provided. The office itself is efficient and well-run, and the staff is consistently friendly and professional. About a year ago, I also saw a specialist in the practice (I don’t recall his name), and he was equally impressive—spending nearly an hour with me to ensure I fully understood everything we discussed. Having seen several specialists over the years, that level of time and care truly stood out. I highly recommend their care

A friend recommended this practice, and I've been very happy with my experience. I called and got an appointment withing 2 weeks - unheard in trying a new dermatologist. I need need a follow up, but showed up on the wrong day, by mistake. They arranged for someone to see me, within minutes, even though it was my error. Highly recommend

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience with this dermatologist. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to really listen to my concerns. Everything was taken care, and I never felt rushed. The staff was friendly and I felt comfortable I received. Great place highly respected Thank you for your efforts and hard work!!
