Dr. Francis is great and I've seen her for years now. However, the receptionist is very rude. I got caught in a storm on I25 traffic and was 10 minutes late for an appointment. When I tried to check in the receptionist told me they would need to reschedule my appointment. Which is understandable, but the the receptionist was weirdly aggressive about it even though I didn't even try to complain. I will not be going back. If any issue on i25 can mean that I'm in jeopardy of a cancelation then I can't justify going out of my way to support this practice anymore. I'll be looking for a practice closer to home. I would have scored lower if it wasn't for Dr. Francis.

Do not come here. They don’t truly care about their patients or try to accommodate you for being 5 minutes late. Don’t waste your money on places like this. I was waiting in line to check in for 2-3 minutes too and then told they can’t take me in after waiting. Has never happened to me ever, which is why I’m leaving a review to warn you.

I returned some of their medical equipment I found in a storage unit auction and was told they would reimburse me for returning their items as I paid a lot of money for the unit. See attached pictures. Long story short I delivered their equipment to them, I drove it from Colorado Springs and was told they would be in touch. And they have avoided me or said someone would contact me ever since I delivered their equipment. This was July of last year. I would not want them performing any medical procedures on me, if they are dishonest in this situation, can you imagine what they would do to you in a medical procedure?

Just called to set up 1st appointment, talk about a rude receptionist (male) I didn't understand exactly what he was asking me to do so he says if you just want to go backwards that's fine I can set up your information then call your insurance company to see if they even have us in Network....FYI I can go either in or out of Network and my stuff is still paid 👐

I came and got a facial done by Shay and it was a very relaxing experience. The space was well prepared and clean. Shay was professional throughout the service and very knowledgeable about all products and procedures. My skin felt the best it has in years— soft, clean, and truly glowing. Would absolutely recommend her for your facial needs!
